Nylon removal machine

This semi-transported machine is ideal for removing the mulching film from the soil. After harvest, one of the most complicated and expensive tasks is to remove the mulching PVC film from the soil: thanks to this machine, we can remarkably speed up this operation, thus reducing the related costs.

The machine is attached to the three lifting points of a 50-70 HP tractor, which is enlarged enough to avoid the tires to step on the nylon film on the ground. Powered by the tractor hydraulic outlets, the machine can remove the PVC film at the approximate speed of 6-8 km/h.
